YouTube increasing the length of their video posting time

Here’s a little surprise for those that like taking videos on your mobile phones and posting them on YouTube, now you can make them longer.

YouTube is apparently changing the upload limit from 10 minutes to 15 minutes, but they did not say when. I’m not certain when they are planning to do this.
