Yahee YHM-MPE02 PMP – Looks like Nokia cellphoneBy Sandeep C - 11/01/2007 10:33:38 PM |
It is kind of usual to see Chinese companies copying the design of other popular devices, I can’t even remember the amount of iPod ripoffs that I’ve seen, but trust me, there are plenty of those. The latest company to join the “rip-off design” group is Yahee Technologies, and their new portable media player codenamed YHM-MPE02. In case you didn’t notice, the player is very similar to the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic, it has the buttons in the same place with the same functions, and the overall design is very similar to the mobile phone.
In terms of specifications, the Yahee PMP features a 2-inch QVGA display screen, an internal memory with 4GB of memory, and a FM tuner for the people that love radio.
As for the supported format files, you can count with WAV, ASF, MP3, WMA, AVI, JPEG, and for the text documents there is the TXT format. Built-in speakers and a TransFlash memory card slot are part of the package.
