Asus has become the first company in the world to announce a Quad Core Gaming Notebook, and it is codenamed G71. The Asus G71 boasts the fresh Intel processor, also known as Core 2 Extreme QX9300, and as company in the graphics section there is a NVIDIA GeForce 9700M GT with 512MB. As for the RAM memory, 4GB of DDR3 should be enough to play most games. The display screen is a 17-inch Crystal Shine with 8ms of response time, while the hard-drive hits the top at 1TB by using two hard-drives of 500GB each.

Addiotional extras include gaming hotkeys to launch your prefered games with a touch of a button, bluetooth, a blue-ray drive, and strangely enough the Overspeed Protection has been removed which means you can overclock it as needed.
