The iPhone Dev Team does it again. We’ve seen the PwnageTool for jailbreaking the 2.0.2 iPhone firmware for Mac users the other day and now they have released the WinPwn 2.56 for the same 2.0.2 firmware.

What’s more interesting is that version 2.56 includes the QuickPwn method of jailbreaking iPhones and iPod touches. That means no more restore throught iTunes for your iPhone but just a quick jailbreak.
QuickPwn has support for 2.0, 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 versions. There’s root partition resize support, installer support and two modes: basic or expert. The interface is quite simple to use as it’s a wizard style interface. There’s an automatic updater and support for Windows XP and Vista on 32 or 64bit. What more could you ask for?
