Winner of Ten Billionth Song Sold Contest receives call from Steve Jobs, doesn’t believe itBy Mark Rollins - 02/27/2010 5:30:46 PM |
Remember how iTunes was about to sell its ten billionth song? Well, the guy who bought it was Louie Sulcer, who purchased Johnny Cash “Guess Things Happen That Way”.
As it so happened this way, he got a call from Steve Jobs. Unfortunately, he didn’t believe that it was Steve. It wasn’t until he checked his caller ID that read “Apple” did he believe. He won a $10,000 iTunes card and can tell his friends that he almost hung up on the Jobs-man himself.
