Windows Vista SideShow for iPhone and iPod touch

Soon Windows SideShow, a new technology in Windows Vista allowing users to view e-mails, calendars and other services without turning on your laptop or mobile phones, will be available on iPhone and iPod touch.
Developed by Ikanos Consulting, this new application takes advantage of iPhone’s Safari browser to create a rich user-experience. They created a Web-renderer which can convert any device equipped with a Web-browser to become a Windows SideShow device. So, expect to see this invention in popular gaming devices like Sony PSP, PS3, Wii, and Nintendo DS.
However, it is not yet ready for public beta release. If you are interested to sign up in any application developed by Ikanos Consulting, you can send a e-mail to them at beta _at_ ikanosconsulting.com.
