Canada has a new network named Wind Mobile which was launched just today and it will certainly create a bit of fight in the market because its prices are very competitive, and so are the devices.

WIND Mobile Canada has a $15 voice plan with plenty of minutes, and a $33 plan in case you are looking for unlimited data for surfing the web and checking emails. As for the devices they are getting ready to launch, the list includes The BlackBerry Bold 9700, Samsung Gravity, Huawei U519, and the E181 USB modem. At this time the WIND Mobile service is only available in Toronto and Calgary.
