webOS updated to version 1.4: now supports FlashBy Tony - 02/26/2010 1:21:39 PM |
There is a new version of webOS available to the owners of a Palm Pre or Palm Pixi smartphone, which will fix a lot of bugs as well as bring some surprises.
With the webOS v1.4 the Time Zone bug is fixed, as well as the bluetooth car-kit transition problem. Other bugs that were fixed include the random browser formatting, and a Missing Contact issue.
As for the new features, the Palm Pre owners get the Flash support in the browser which will become available as a plug-in, and other features include an improved notification and email system, and a better performance when making calls.
