I believe that this is Wallee, not to be confused with a Pixar movie Wall-E.

This thing is made so you can mount your iPad on the wall. I can think of several reasons why you would mount your iPad on the wall, and personal entertainment is one of them.

My Source does not have a release date or price on this thing. It reminds me of the iPort Wall Mount for the iPhone and the iPod Touch, as well as the ModulR.
