Vulkano from Monsoon Media is the latest add-on for the Apple iPad. This is a sleek external box which you connect to your iPad to watch and record live TV through a WiFi or 3G network. With the Vulkano, over 125 movies can be recorded on a 16GB iPad and over 500 on a 64GB iPad. Users can watch good quality video even at very low uplink speeds down to 150kbps.

The Vulkano will come in two versions: the Vulkano ($199) with a 4GB of flash memory and the Vulkano Pro ($299) which will come with a 250GB HDD. They are expected to come out by March, 2010.
