This is ARSoccer, definitely inspired by the World Cup.

It is a simple iPhone 4 App that enables the user to juggle a virtual soccer ball on their leg. You can watch the video to see the augmented reality for yourself. Just think of all the time you saved by not practicing with a physical soccer ball!

It is only available for iSO4, and it costs about a dollar. World Cup fans and other soccer fans should apply.
