Virgin Mobile Launches LG Flare Without Much Flair

Virgin Mobile silently released their new clamshell phone, the LG Flare. The Flare is a low-end (extremely affordable is most like it, actually) prepaid phone which sells for a mere US$29.99 -- and that's without contract. The LG Flare features basic specs such as a full color screen, speakerphone, Bluetooth, and mobile web. But for a bit less than $30, it's not so bad.
