Viper’s SmartStart car control now on AndroidBy Mark Rollins - 07/29/2010 7:48:48 PM |
Viper’s SmartStart App was released back in October for the iPhone, and then for BlackBerry users.
It is no surprise that it has come to Android, and it lets users start their car using their phone, as well as unlocking and unlocking the doors, opening the trunk, even setting off the panic alarm.
The App is free, but the user needs to have Viper’s SmartStart security hardware installed in the car, as well as an active subscription to the company’s annual $29.99 security service.
