Vertu Boucheron (Goldish) CellphoneBy Tony - 12/10/2008 9:41:51 PM |

From all the Vertu cellphones that we have reported, including the Nautilus Concept and the Ascent Ti Constellation Rococo, the Vertu Boucheron is the most strange and expensive one. Codenamed Boucheron 150, the handset is made of solid gold and has a wooden case.
To make it stylysh with strange angles and corners, the following tasks had to be performed:
- 1,000 hours to shape
- 700 hours to polish
- 500 hours to build
Everything was done by hand and that is why it probably costs so much, approximately $30,000.
