Word has just gotten out that Verizon Wireless plans to push out an update for the BlackBerry Tour 9630 that will update the device’s operating system to 5.0.

There wasn’t an exact date announced but our sources tell us it will be either late next month or early March. We’ll let you know when there is definite word.
