Here’s something that most cell phone users and particularly smartphone users have been anticipating. In this technology depending world we are living in, communication plays a key role. It’s part of human nature and it’s a good tool in this surviving of the fittest environment of ours. In other words the time for video voicemail has come and carriers around the world are going to offer it. Can you quickly name a device that won’t let you leave any video voicemails? (Hint: It’s something fruity!)

Verizon is the next US carrier in line to offer this service. They will be joining AT&T and Sprint who will offer the same service to their iPhone and Instinct owners. If AT&T and Sprint are classy about it and will roll the service for free, Verizon will play hard to get and offer the Video Voicemail plan for just $1.99 a month. They will start offering it in late July - early August. The first chosen phones to support it are LG Chocolate 3, LG “Voyager Refresh”, Motorola “Utopia” and Motorola “Blaze”.

I dare you to leave me a Video Voicemail through AT&T (get it Apple?)!
