Verizon to Offer Free WiFi to Its Broadband CustomersBy Chris - 05/03/2009 1:50:56 PM |
In case you are one of Verizon’s FiOS or DSL subscribers then you should know that Verizon is thinking about offering you, and everyone else, free WiFi. We have no idea where this WiFi hotspots will be located for now but we know that Verizon is going to team up with Boingo. The company has about 100,000 hotspots around the world and that number will only go up since Verizon will probably need quite a lot of new hotspots soon. We’ll be back with all the details as soon as Verizon will have everything ready.
