Verizon Business Receives Prestigious 'Speech Technology' Magazine Award

Verizon and their special Speech Technology has been highly praised by the Speech Technology magazine. The title of “Star Performer” was given by the magazine on a trade show (SpeechTEK) that took place in New York on the 22th of August.
One of the important points that made Verizon win the award is their Hosted IVR product line, which actually includes a couple of services: ECR – Enhanced Call Routing Global ECR, Speech Services and Internet Protocol IVR.
Besides the award by Speech Technology, there are other companies praising Verizon and their products, such as Frost & Sullivan giving a thumbs-up to their Contact Center.
