Verbatim Store’n'Go USB Stick ReviewedBy Sandeep C - 10/29/2007 8:35:22 PM |
The portable storage solution from Verbatim – Store’n'Go – was reviewed and had a final score of 7 out of 10 points. The USB memory stick that costs £25 (close to $52) is able to offer a reasonable amount of storage capacity, which is 4GB, but on the other hand, the transfer speeds (write and read) could be much better.
One of the positive points on the Verbatim Store’n'Go review was the inclusion of a software application named Carry It Easy Plus, which is similar to the U3, but offers more features. Some examples include the ability to protect your data via a password, synchronization with Microsoft Outlook, the desktop, and a specific folder if desired.
The design is considered “neat”, while the speed is only average, with a test that gave a result of 3 minutes in order to copy 1GB of data.
