V7 Desktop Combo Review-Basic ValueBy Steve Anderson - 12/15/2009 3:57:11 AM |
Sometimes when you need a new keyboard and mouse, you just need a new keyboard and mouse. You don’t need a whole lot of hotkeys or bells and whistles or assorted whatnot to get between you and simple interface joy.
Today we’re talking about the V7 Desktop Combo Pack, a keyboard with a mouse. The keyboard has no extra functions, no hotkeys or volume control or anything–it’s just your basic, run of the mill keyboard. The mouse is a simple two button mouse with a scroll wheel. As you can see, it’s pretty plain vanilla, and both of them are USB. And yet, at the same time, you could also call it functional, even elegant in its way, and you can also call it spill-resistant, which it is.
So for people in need of a plain and simple replacement keyboard and mouse, V7 definitely has you covered with a small, simple package that won’t break the bank.
The Good
Simple and clean
Spill resistant
Plug and play–no learning curve required
The Bad
No advanced features at all
Overall: 6/10
