This is the Samsung Exec, aka SCH-i225, and it is now available on U.S. Cellular.

It has a 2.4 inch display at 320 x 240 resolution, GPS navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, microSD memory card slot, and a 2-megapixel camera. It runs on Windows Mobile 6.5, has Outlook ActiveSync support, and has a 667MHz processor.

The price is about $99.95 for two-year contract, after a $70 mail-in rebate.
