Palm has identified a bug that causes the Treo 680 to lose battery life quickly. Apparently, the Treo 680′s camera is the culprit, draining the battery even when the camera is in stand-by mode. Palm is offering a fix for this problem, and is recommending that all Treo 680 users download the update to fix this issue. The updated software can be downloaded from the Palm Support page of their website, located at http://www.palm.com/us/support/downloads/.
