UK consumers dislike mobile shoppingBy Tony - 10/06/2009 3:15:29 PM |
According to a recent study made by ATG – Art Technology Group – the UK consumers don’t like the current mobile shopping system. 38% of the consumers have tried shopping with their cellphone, and 28% of them didn’t like it.
Reasons for the dislike are various: the security system that could be better; the payment system could be easier; the network speeds are still slow; and the price not being clear is a big no no. If only the online retailers offered a better customer experience, or if they could all have a website optimized for mobile phones… now that would be a big change, for the better of course.
