Twitter goes down, courtesy of the Iranian Cyber ArmyBy Mark Rollins - 12/18/2009 3:41:31 PM |
I’m sure there were a lot of tweet-addicts who were disappointed yesterday when Twitter went down for a few hours. Apparently, it was hacked by the “Iranian Cyber Army”.
Wow, first the BlackBerry e-mail goes down, now this. You know, Iran and Twitter have sort of a love-hate relationship. I mean, all those tweets from Iranians about violence over there did not put the country in a good light. So far, there is no word on whether or not the Iranian Cyber Army is a real force assigned by Iran to hack up Tweets, or whether this is some joke.
