Twitter 360 iPhone app lets you find your friends with Augmented Reality

For those who just have to know where your friends are tweeting from, this iPhone app known as Twitter 360 is definitely for you. It uses Augmented reality to let you know where your friends are with arrows, not to mention the number of miles away. Of course, your friends will have to have the GPS geotagging feature on in order to get it to work, but it sure is one of the coolest applications of augmented reality that I have seen, and I have seen a lot this year.

You can get Twitter 360 for the iPhone 3GS only, since you need a compass to orient the tweets. It only costs $3.
