Turn the iPod Touch to an iPhone

|
ipodtouch-iphone.jpg
Who said the iPod Touch can't be an iPhone? Well, some really brilliant folks think it can. Lifehacker posted an article on how to transform your iPod Touch, into an iPhone. Well, not physically, but at least functionally.

However, it can't really do everything the iPhone can do. But what it can do, is place calls via VOIP using a freeware application called SIP-VOIP.

The article mentioned the things that you need. A jailbroken iPod touch, a Touchmod mic, and the freeware SIP-VoIP application.  All you really have to do is install the SIP-VOIP application, set up an SIP Account and setup SIP-VoIP to make your calls. Very easy huh? Well, for a more detailed instruction/tutorial, check out their article here.
