I imagine that Disney is gearing up for a lot of Tron: Legacy merchandise, and I should have known that they would design one to look like a light disc.

I remember these light discs being nothing more than frisbees in the original Tron movie. It looks like they went for something more complex, and modernized it by allowing the user to slap an iPhone/iPod Touch in it. It may not be the best looking iPod dock, but it probably isn’t the ugliest. It does remind me of one from Sharper Image.

If you want this, then you will have to wait until the opening of the movie around Christmas. The price is expected to be $249.99.
