Toshiba Qosmio G45-AV680 with HD DVD-R Drive
It's finally here: the first notebook PC with HD DVD-R drive from Toshiba, the new Toshiba Qosmio G45-AV680, bleeding edge laptop boasting Dolby surround sound technology featuring full 1080p playback resolution is now available. With HD DVD, users can experience in-movie commentary or downloadable internet content, providing several options and, of course, high definition movies and music videos.
The Qosmio G45 AV680 boasts a 1Gbit Ethernet and 802.11n wireless capability. With a distinct piano-key white glossy finish, the Qosmio G45 features a silver colume control knob. Each control knob is backlit by a halo of blue light, as is standard. It is also equipped with four Harman Kardon Bass Reflex stereo speakers, integrated subwoofer and 1 Bit digital amp.
The G45 is equipped with Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT GPU for DX10 graphics. A 17? wide screen Ultimate TruBrite display for that 1080p resolution you can drool over, plus HDMI port to connect to a hi-def TV, rounds up the other desirable features.
