Toshiba Portégé M700 Tablet PC series

Toshiba announced its latest 9th generation Tablet PC, the Toshiba Portege M700 series. The first Tablet PC to come with a touch-screen LED backlit display, the Portege M700 boasts a more convenient computing experience. With fingertip input capabilities, the M700 features an anti-glare display allowing you to see the screen even in broad daylight. The tablet comes with a 12.1-inch WXGA display, and resembles the layout of a standard sheet of paper in portrait mode - easy to use as a writing workspace.
Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, the Portege M700 comes with Wi-Fi Link 4965AGN including support for 802.11n. Thanks to its unique latch-less design, the tablet integrates a webcam+microphone on the bezel. Other standard features include HDD protection, a spill resistant keyboard and two sleep-and-charge USB ports for charging compatible portable devices like cell phones or MP3 players.
The Toshiba Portege M700 (M700-S7002) carries a price tag of US $1,799 and comes bundled with Windows Vista Business, 2GB RAM, 160GB hard drive and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR. Complete features in the extended entry.
