Toshiba announces SD-P120DT Portable DVD Player
Toshiba has announced a new good looking portable DVD player codenamed SD-P120DT, strangely enough, it is only a standard DVD player instead of the high definition HD-DVD format that the company is developing.
In terms of specifications, the Toshiba DVD player features a 12-inch screen that provides a 800x480 resolution, which should be enough for a portable player. It comes with a built-in Digital TV Tuner, so you can also watch television shows instead of only DVDs.
Other features include a HDMI port (720p or 1080i), and support for DivX, MP3, and WMA files.
The portable system weighs 3,5Kg and costs €430, which is close to $618.
