Toshiab Satellite A205-S4577 Laptop First Notebook Featuring 802.11n Technology
Today Toshiba announced their first notebook computer, the Satellite A205, featuring Intel's new Wireless Wi-Fi Link 4965AGN supporting draft 8211n wireless connectivity. Other notable features of the notebook include a built-in webcam and Labelflash technology, which promises to bring an enhanced computing experience.
With the integration of the new 802.11n specs, the Satellite A205 will deliver greater bandwidth and transfer speeds up to five times faster than the old 802.11g standard. Several different configurations of the A205 are available, with options such as a fingerprint reader, various hard drive sizes, and your choice of graphics cards.
Notebooks included in Toshiba's A205 series all feature Toshiba's signature Onyx Blue Metallic LCD lid, and a new illuminated Satellite badget. All notebooks in the series have a beautiful widescreen display, a wider touchpad, and a Windows Vista compliant keyboard with extra spacing between keys for a more comfortable typing experience.
