tomtom.jpgThe TomTom One XLS combines satellite navigation with greater affordability. Unlike other brand models, the tomtom One does not have a hard drive; its maps of different areas are stored on an included SD Card.

When used with a Bluetooth-enabled phone, the tomtom One can receive real-time updates of traffic and weather and download local maps. The tomtom One is equipped with a touchscreen interface allowing the user to select from several different preloaded voices and languages, with others available for downloading.

Maps are displayed in either a 3D or overhead view on a 3.5-inch, 65,536-color TFT-LCD with 320 X 240 resolution. It is powered by a 3.7V, 1100 mAh, Li-ion battery that is claimed to have a life of 2 hours.
