UMID is presenting new products at the Global Mobile Vision 2008 that is taking place in Korea, and one of them is this tiny mobile internet device named MID.
The computer has a small touchscreen that measures 4.8-inches, which is enough for a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. In the inside you can find an Intel Atom processor at 1.1GHz or 1.33GHz depending on what you need, and the memory RAM can go from 512MB up to 1GB of DDR2. On the other hand, the hard-drive is on the SSD category and offers 32GB.
Other features of the upcoming MID include Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, or Linux as the operative system, a 1.3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WiBro, HSDPA, a slot for SD memory cards, and lastly, a mini USB2.0 slot.
