After getting a fresh agreement with 20 new content partners including Tune Core, Merge Records, and much more, Thumbplay has launched its Beta version. At the moment they have more than 8 million audio tracks that can be purchased.

At the moment the Thumbplay Music application is only available in an “invitation only” model and works in a few BlackBerry phones and computers, but they have plans to launch it for the iPhone, Android, and more BlackBerry’s.

Evan Schwartz of Thumbplay, comments:
