Here is an added twist as far as expectant SIMS fanatics are concerned. Apparently the much awaited launch of this popular game by EA Sports, the third installment, is eagerly being awaited by avid SIMS players.

SIMS 3 is the latest game that many are awaiting. Now it seems that with the iPhone being added as another platform, people are all the more restless on the actual release of this game from EA Sports.

Games publisher Electronic Arts announced that The Sims 3 game will come out in the summer of 2009 on the iPhone, PC, Mac and the iPod Touch.

In The Sims 3 players have virtually endless creative possibilities, like the new Traits and Lifetime Wish features, which allow players to create Sims with real personalities and destinies. Players can then take their Sim into town to interact with other Sims in the game – using the iPhone’s internet connection.
