The Most Annoying iPhone Bug (Or is it AT&T, hmm?)

|

iPhone

Anyone have the iPhone with an AT&T pre-paid connection? Well, I do (for reasons, check out our first day with the iPhone). As you may all know with prepaid connections you usually get a notification of the remaining balance at the end of a phone call or disconnecting from your EDGE/GPRS network.

Now, the thing that's been bugging me about the iPhone is that this happens several times a day. Every seven minutes once, to be precise: it keeps displaying "The last transaction cost 0.00 USD. Your account balance is ..." along with a Dismiss button. The crazy part? It's a modal button. I have to keep pressing Dismiss multiple number of times before I can get back to the slide to unlock option.

This has been happening for the last week or so and I'm on the verge of breaking here. I hope Apple fixes it soon. There it goes off again.
