The FCC Leaks the 103 Handset from Velocity Mobile

The FCC does it again. This time is the Velocity Mobile handset called 103. What a strange name isn’t it. Besides the photo here there aren’t many details offered just yet. The user manual of the 103 is rumored to have 67 pages which is quite a lot. That means this 103 knows business. We know so far that it’s a Windows Mobile powered device and we’re waiting to see what it will be able to do once it gets released. Oh and we don’t know that either. It could hit the US market at any time.
