Texas Instruments TI 4600 Series Concept Texas Instruments has unveiled a weird looking mobile device over at the MWC and this was the TI 4600 series concept. It makes use of a dual-display concept, one for content and the other for controls and information.

Though we are seeing a lot of multi-touch mobile devices in the market today, this is one device whose functionality is seen as a selling point by Texas Instruments. The primary can reportedly be connected to a big TV through HDMI as well. Let’s see where Texas Instruments is going with this mobile concept.
