Telephone 80 DECT Designed By Jacob Jensen

Now there's a designer phone. No, it's not a cell phone, it's the Telephone 80 DECT (Digitally Enhanced Cordless Telecommunication), designed in Denmark by Jacob Jensen. The manual calls it a state-of-the-art device, with options for desktop or wall-mounting.
The DECT standard allows up to 6 different handsets to register with the base unit to function like a mini PABX system, allowing users to transfer calls between handsets or use as intercom.
The Telephone 80 offers a 12-hour talk time plus 7 days standby (on a Lithium Ion battery provided with the phone). It features a 3-line, 14 digit LCD display along with the ability to display icons.
The device was recently approved by the FCC. No word on the pricing or availability yet.
