At first glance, this new iPhone accessory seems like any standard lighter plug-in charger for any iPhone or iPod everyone has today. But take a look closer and you will find that it can deliver more than that. The device is the Sirius XM Skydock which is actually the first-ever radio dock solution made for iPhones or the Ipod Touch.

It is designed to operate via the car cigarette lighter to allow you to listen to all XM and ”The Best of SIRIUS” channels. It also charges your iPhone or iPod Touch while listening and plugged in.
The Sirius XM Skydock for the iPhone or iPod Touch retails for $119.00. No clue on when it would be available and has yet to gain full approval from the FCC. For now, it has been granted preliminary approval and is being further evaluated.
