Sure Apple’s fabled iTablet is probably still a ways off so why don’t you check out Viliv’s X70 EX Premium 3G that recently went on sale in Hong Kong.

This touchscreen device features a 7-inch 1024×600 display, an Intel Atom 1.3GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and a 32GB SSD. But if that storage isn’t enough, Viliv has thrown in an SDHC port for expandability. Furthermore, the device will feature WiFi, optional 3G, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS and Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system.

GadgetMix says the device is currently priced at $890 which is probably more than most are willing to pay for such a device.

Viliv has a new MID for us, the X70 and this time is a 7-inch model. It has the same size of those first Eee PC netbooks but the only difference is that it doesn’t come with a keyboard. The device is ready to boot Windows XP in less than 5 seconds and it has an impressive battery ready to offer you about 5.5 hours of video playback. All that will be available for just $599, which is the same price its predecessor, the S5 carried. Now imagine if Apple had launched an iPhone-like MacBook tablet/netbook. Would it look anything like this?
