Samsung Electronics unveils another line of new notebooks in the market, releasing 5 new models that will cater to a wide spectrum of consumers and business users. This further strengthens their commitment towards an aggressive growth in the IT sector.

Notebooks are growing in demand and apparently that was one factor for consideration on these new line of notebooks. Available in various colors armed with advanced specifications and technology, these new fleet of portable devices are expected to be a welcome addition for options by users when it comes to getting a new and reliable laptop in the market.

  • X Series Notebook PCs. Built for maximum portability, the 14.1-inch ultra-thin and light X460 packs the world’s first 2950mAh six-cell battery for an unrivalled 10 hours of computing use. The X460’s secure biometric fingerprint and trusted platform module authentication system makes it a key choice for mobile professionals.
  • R Series Notebook PCs. Samsung’s R420 and R470 come with 14.0-inch LED widescreen displays. Both models feature an innovative water-tight seal around the chassis to prevent damage if liquid is spilt on the notebook PC. The R Series also comes with SuperSilent Mode for noise-sensitive environments.
  • N Series Mini Notebooks.   • LG-KC1 Smartphone for Korea

    LG has unveiled the LG-KC1–its new smartphone for the Korea market. It’s main selling point is its WiBro connection which has become a desired addition to phones in Korea. Good thing this phone DOES have WiBro because in the looks department, LG definitely failed to deliver. The LG-KC1 runs on 800MHz Marvell Monahans CPU and uses Mobile 5.0 Premium OS. The smartphone sports a 2.8-inch touch screen LCD, SD card slot, and 512MB memory. It’s other notable features aside from the WiBro connection, is its Bluetooth connectivity and T-DMB capability.

  • EVERUN Wibro UMPC Released

    Digital Raon has just released the latest EVERUN Wibro model which is known in the Korean mobile phone market as the S60H Wibro. This new model is a clone of the earlier one with the Wibro wireless internet module as an addition. While the earlier version could connect to the Internet through plugging to a modem via USB, this one doesn’t need the wired connection. The new EVERUN Wibro will retail for around USD$850.
