How hard is it to create a travel itinerary? Well for some, organization may not be important. But for the ones who need to make sure that they maximize the most out of their time when they are abroad, perhaps getting the chance to customize or edit existing travel itineraries via your iPhone can make life a whole lot easier. Or if you want some other means of checking them out, you can do so online at the Instant Itineraries website which once saved can also be accessed via the iPhone.

The app can be downloaded at the iTunes App Store. The first release of the Instant Itineraries iPhone travel application focuses on two popular California wine country destinations, Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Additional popular travel destinations around the globe are being added.

Android v1.6 Becomes Official

A few days back, speculations were rising that Google would be releasing the Android v1.6. Well now it is all official! Google officially launched the Android v1.6 (also known as the “Donut”), armed with a wide array of features that should make Android developers all jumpy and curious. Among the new features of the Donut include CDMA support and better resolution which bump screens all the way up to 800×480 thus providing support for better images for higher end-screens.

Other enhancements include a new “Quick Search” box and a battery usage system. These and a whole lot more of enticing features are what the new Android promises to provide developers. Google expects first sanctioned appearances on devices to start popping out by October.
