BlackBerry watch pictured?

Not too long ago rumors began to surface that RIM was working on a Bluetooth enabled BlackBerry watch that would give users the ability to preview messages, see who is calling and more without having to whip their handset out.

Today, CrackBerry has gotten their hands on the above pictures of what they are saying is the official BlackBerry watch possibly called the inPulse. This device was apparently manufactured out of house for RIM and features an OLED screen.

We’ll have to wait until more information is made known regarding this device.

Now I have covered some bling bling tech gadgets lately, but this one beats them all! This watch is way too hot or way too boring! What do you think of it?

Unfortunately it’s just a concept at the moment, but hopefully not for long! The LED lights disclaim the need for a watch face as they are interwoven with the links on the wristband. You have style combined with the actual possibility of telling what the time is.

When this Hiranao Tsuboi creation will be sent to production we’re going to let you know.

USB Flash Drive a la Bond Style

Does your job involve secretly sneaking in corner offices around the world for certain secret spying missions? Do you happen to work in an enforced and heavily controlled environement? Or are you just paranoid about your data and its security.

With this watch you don’t need to worry anymore. Did I say watch? I meant USB flash drive. It sure looks like a watch but besides telling the time this watch secretly stores a 4GB USB flash drive. The watch itself is fully functional. It has a “plastic case covered by stainless steel mask with brushed silver finish and convex mineral glass with shiny raised index”. Or so they say in order to mask its simpleness.

Inside the watch there’s a compartment fitted for the flash drive itself. And 4GB is not so bad for a tiny flash drive. This watch/flash drive duo is available for $60. But what if I hate wearing watches?

Dial Phone Watch Speaks the Time

Covering more and more smartphone news can be tiring at times. You have to keep up with all the news, keep up with technological improvements, manage leaks and rumors and more. Remember how simple the dial phone was? Wasn’t it fun? No screen, no battery, no camera, no smart tricks. Just a phone line and a dial to call your family and friends. It’s good to remember where you left from to see where you’re going to.

  • LG’s Watchphone in action

Not too far off in the future, LG might just give us a chance to play Dick Tracy, thanks to this watchphone they are showing off at CES. Engadget got some quality time with the prototype and it definitely looks promising. This watchphone can only be operated with the use of three buttons present at the bottom of the watchphone. The interface looks simple and intuitive, but using only three buttons for control will definitely be a pain, even while typing out a number to make a call.

Check the video after the break.
