Freestyle is a rather unknown manufacturer of MP3 players, but they have released a waterproof device entitled Soundwave. The audio player can go under water with a maximum limit of 10 feet, and if anything bad happens it will float to the surface.

In addition to the protection against water, Soundwave is also shock resistant and has a combination of design + materials used that can make it last (almost) forever. With a flash memory of 2GB, it can hold approximately 600 songs be it MP3 or WMA files.

Soundwave can be used as a storage device instead of only being a MP3 player, and is compatible with computers and Macs. The extras include almost everything, from subscription music services to FM radio, and a battery of 18 hours playing music non-stop.
