Sprint Launched the Sanyo SCP-2700

Another messaging phone is available today and Sprint is the carrier that sells it. The Sanyo SCP-2700 is a budget minded phone which will offer you a QWERTY keyboard, a 2.5-inch 65K color QVGA display, a 1.3 megapixel camera with geotagging support, Bluetooth, voice control and about 4.8 hours of talk time. The phone is available in two crazy colors, “impulsive pink” and “deep blue” and it will only cost you $29.99 with a 2-year contract after $50 mail-in rebate.

The shots above reportedly depict the Sanyo SCP-2700 smartphone which should be released by Sprint at some point in the future. We’ve seen so far all sorts of leaked images, one more blurry than the other, but this picture right here is by far one of the worst. The phone should feature a full QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and GPS. That’s about all the specs we get so far so we’ll have to wait for everything else.
