If you’re an anxious Sprint customer waiting for the HTC Hero to finally drop and a Best Buy Reward Zone members hold onto your pants because the handset is available for you today.

That’s right, Best Buy has announced today that members of their Reward Zone program will be able the buy the handset early for $179.99 with a 2-year contract.

As for everyone else? Well, you’re still stuck waiting until October 11th.

From June 14 through June 20 Best Buy Mobile is going to offer the BlackBerry Storm for special prices. You’ll have to know though that both deals will be available with 2-year Verizon Wireless new contracts:

• Premier Silver members are eligible for a FREE Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Storm
• All Reward Zone members can get a Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Storm for $49.99

Are you by any chance a Best Buy Reward Zone or Premium Silver member? In case you are and you don’t own an iPhone yet, hurry to a Best Buy location near you and get a cheaper one. The promotion runs until February 28 but you have to be a program member as of February 21. Reward Zone members will get the 8GB iPhone 3G for $149.99 and the 16GB version for $249.99. Premier Silver members will get the iPhone 3G for $99.99 or $199.99 depending on what version they will choose. You’ll still have to get a 2-year AT&T agreement to take advantage of these prices.
