All The Latest Cell Phone, Gadget and Tech News

With all the hot cellphones which are about to arrive you’re likely to disregard this Pantech Reveal. But if you have a tight budget to deal with then maybe this $80 phone is the thing for you as long as you’re willing to accept a new 2-year contract. A $50 mail-in rebate is also involved so remember to get your money back from AT&T after you purchase the Reveal.

The Reveal will offer you a 2.2-inch QVGA display, 3G connectivity, 1.3-megapixel camera, full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, keypad and microSD support. Too bad that the LCD display is so tiny! I would gladly sacrifice the keypad for a larger panel, but that’s just me! What do you think?

On top of the two Samsung Cellphones presented by AT&T, more specifically the Mythic and the Flight, they’ve added another two phones but this time made by Pantech.

As stated before, these two phones will come loaded with Opera Mini Browser. Unfortunately we don’t have any information about their price or release date, but we’ll keep you updated.

The Pantech Reveal is on the slider category, and comes with a full QWERTY keyboard + a numeric keypad on the outside. The Pantech Impact is a 3G phone with a touchscreen, that has a secondary display located in the inside, and a QWERTY keyboard as well.

When the mobile world meets the fashion world, an event like this one takes place. LG Canada partnered up with Carlie Wong to launch three new phones at the L’Oreal Fashion Week show. Did you happen to see any of this fashion show?

Carlie Wong said:

My Spring/Summer 2009 collection is all about bringing quality construction, attention to detail and luxurious pieces to the fashion world, which is exactly what LG is bringing to technology.I want the women who wear my clothes to feel feminine, yet empowered and unstoppable. She’s the Glamorous Gangster and an LG cell phone is her hottest accessory.

The three phones aren’t exactly new. They are the LG Dare, the LG Reveal and the LG Voyager but they are coming to Canada too. The phones will be available from Bell and Telus in the following months so check back with the carriers for pricing and arrival dates.
