What’s the difference between refreshed and refurbished you might ask? Well those refreshed units have been returned within a few days after their activation. The Canadians from Fido have started a new iPhone 3G promotion in order to get rid of the handset before the new version will arrive. Fido offers “refreshed” iPhone 3G phones which are basically handsets that have been returned before 15 days or 30 minutes of talk time. A refreshed iPhone 3G will cost you $149.99 if you choose the 8GB version and $249.99 if you choose the 16GB version. That’s right, you get $50 off no matter what version you choose but you’re also going to get six months off the regular warranty. So what say you Canadian shoppers?
