V-Moda has a new, noise-isolating dual-use headphone/headset designed to work with the Apple iPhone. The Vibe Duo comes with control/playback functionality and has a discreent microphone as well as a call button that lets you make/receive calls and control music playback functinos of the iPhone. Which basically translates to you not having to use the cool multi-touch interface for doing the same.
Featuring durable black-fabric cables and an all-metal design, the in-ear earphones (but of course!) weigh in at just 13 grams. With three sizes of silicon fittings for a comfortable fit, there’s also a small clip for added security so that the headphone does not fall off. The Vibe Duo is also compatible with Blackberry Curve.
Priced at US $99.99, the Vibe Duo is available in Nero and Chrome from the online V-moda shop.

Sennheiser, that revered Danish audio company, announced its new FLX 70 wireless mobile headset with FlexFit design for an easy, personal wearing comfort. Designed with a turnable speaker for optimal fit to your ear canal and an optioanl ear hook for over-the-ear wearing, you can wear it on either ear. The included three sizes of speaker silicone covers allow for a more personal fit. In addition, a semi-open acoustic system keeps your ears from feeling plugged.
As for the speaker itself, it boasts the usual Sennheiser quality and has its own unique ventilation. The integrated DSP optimizes speech intelligibility and reduces noise. It is targeted for a November 2007 release. No word on the pricing yet, though.
